Collective bargaining
Collective bargin is a term which applies to those arrangement under which the wages and conditions of employment are settled by bargaining in the form of agreement between employer or associations of employers' and workers organization. The agreement which is a product of the process is termed COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT which normally covers a great variety of matters.
