The state and industrial relation

According to dumlop at anytime in industrial relations develop it is made up of certain actors............ These actors are said to be employers,employeeand government in literal mean. For us to be able to understand the true nature of industrial relation system to country,there is need to examine and know the role of the state through its numerous agencies. The reason for this seems simple enough. Society has to be governed or managed by a group of people for the citizens to go about their own business and activities safely and systematically. The problem of maintaining any social order is constant, and unavoidable , and remains intertwined with the rise and development of modern state. (otobo 2000)
