Eggs are excellent source of calcium and protien , but they're also full of viatamins and minerals , including viatamin D , viatamin B12 , phosphorus and riboflavin .
Eggs are among a list of foods that have the best protein quality.
Eggshells are great as fertilizer . Sprinkle them in your garden for pest control and seed starters .
China shocked the world when it stated producing artificial eggs .
