Plant-based bolognese enchilada
I've just cracked making the BEST vegan bolognese sauce. - Here is my attempt at a vegan enchilada. Have a great day!
Bolognese sauce:
Mushrooms
Onion
Nutritional yeast
Spinach
Cannellini beans
Garlic
Basil
Oregano
Worcester Sauce
Bisto gravy (Original is vegan)
Passata
Cheese sauce:
Plain Flour
Vegan Cheddar cheese
Nutritional Yeast
Vegan butter
