Judo thought me discipline and respect for others. It thought me how to lose and ...
... never give up. Judo made me strong, resistent and flexible. Through Judo I know my body, I know what I can do and push myself to my limits. Judo made me self-confident, self-disciplined and motivated for sport and movement every day. Judo is technique, endurance, strength and will. It is everything in one, it teachs me everything I need in life and it is a lifelong learning process. Judo made me who I am now.

And that is what every person should learn! I will put Tayel in martial arts for sure! I want him to also learn to be humble and disciplined while growing his confidence!!!

I believe that Martial Arts are literally transforming our minds too, along with our bodies as we go deep in to them. I practice tae kwon do the last 3 years and I know I am still at the beginning, but I know I have gone a long way since my starting point.
Keep inspiring us and I will look forward learning more about judo :)
