SPLINTER LAND ENERGY CAPTURE RATE

Ive recently realized that splinterlands energy capture RATE can be maintained with just a couple of steps. Because of the new updates I had been playing quest like a greedy chest bandit. But I didn't pay attention to my energy rate which slipped away like a thief in the night. That's when I had to wait two days for my energy to recharge. Because of this I realized that keeping your energy rate above 50% at all times will let it recharge faster. Of course you may have to skip a quest to do this but it's still worth because with almost full energy you can win more chests. Please keep this in mind when playing your quests.
