hive-index trend

Another update to hive-index is now live.

This time it's minor, but still useful feature: the trend.

Previously, I added a 30-day activity histogram for each operation. This adds valuable information on the recent dynamics of a given operation, but it's a bit hard to tell whether the overall tendency is increasing or decreasing.

This is where the trend comes to the rescue. It's calculated from the slope of the linear regression of the 30-day activity and is presented as a percentage.
