They been afraid of me since those school days For all the things I write in my note book shredding pages Got all the knowledge in the head space Written my own brand teaching at a new pace talk with flame but no oxygen in space thoughts orbit with no ETA back to base pulling the mask off learn to levitate My biggest fear trying to kill my fear Knowing in the end it will make me stronger always making it clear That the storm is almost over

All of my writings are from my PTSD work and from time to time I share or put into music later on. Writing is one of my therapy's that I use to cope with my PTSD being able to put emotion or a feeling or just something that is on my mind to paper. They tell parts of my path were I was tested or I'm struggling with emotions. today thinking of the past like I often do seeing were I came from and were I am today. thinking that the storm is almost over and its time to grow further. More to come as far as writings I'm always writing in my notebooks each one different in its own way. coming from the parts of my bigger story were its the small battles that get won that make the deference.

Wanted to share this song as well with the writings today one of my favorite songs from Citizen Soldier. Waiting on the sun fits the vibes for today for being stuck for a while and now coming out of a shell. I thought I would never break to further heal my trauma over these years. But when change comes we got to make room for it or it will leave us behind. Being sick of waiting for the change to come I made the change and overcome. Having hope that the storm will pass just as my buddies will say. Knowing the bad days are just bad days and hope for better days. Is one part that I hold on to I've already seen the worst so what's to come I will be ready for.
