CONFIDENCE HAS NO COLOUR

Are there still people who judge by skin complexion?

It still surprises me that some people move through life acting like dark skin is unusual, strange, or something that needs explanation. Black skin exists, oh yes it does. It has always existed, and it will always exist.
Different shades, different cultures, different backgrounds, that’s part of humanity. Nobody should feel less confident because of their skin tone, and colour complexion or feel pressured to fit into someone else’s standard before being accepted.
The world is diverse for a reason. Beauty doesn’t come in one color, one feature, or one definition. Dark skin is not something to “tolerate” or “overlook.” It is natural, powerful, and beautiful on its own.
Sometimes the issue is not ignorance of color itself, but ignorance of people. The moment we learn to respect human beings beyond appearance, many unnecessary stereotypes and judgments disappear.
Be comfortable in your skin regardless of the race . Don’t shrink yourself to make others comfortable. Confidence looks good on everyone.
