Apologies
Whenever you err...It is right that you apologise,don't feel too big or important to acknowledge the fact you've hurt someone or violated an instruction and then apologise....
For it is human to err,always know you're bound to make mistakes in your dealings with people no matter how careful you are.
If you're not comfortable with apologising often..Then try to not do things that'd attract that feeling of guilt or that would make you hurt someone...
Forgiveness is not a one shot deal,help yourself and help others to grow with you in love.
