Last weekend we came home with a bag filled with Meyer Lemons after a family ...
... visit. They have a tree that was filled with lemons.
They are quite juicy. So far we've made lemonade twice. We're looking for ideas with what else to do with Meyer Lemons. Health remedies or food.

I like a wedge of lemon squeezed into water to drink. Not enough for lemonade and no sugar. Then there's what my husband would want - lemon merengue pie, lemon squares, or anything dessert. But my son would love to use it on chicken to make lemon pepper chicken.
I hadn't thought to cook a meal with the lemon. I was thinking drinks and desserts. But the idea of a lemon pepper chicken is something I could definitley make with our lemon bounty. Thanks for the idea!
