Rash Driving

Hi All,

When people driving rash and laugh thinking that they are the boss of the world or they are the achiever of something then it make me ashamed of.

At that moment I always think if they have been met with accident then who would be responsible they themselves or with whom the incident occurred or their parents?

The parents of those peoples were thinking that their pupils are coming to home safely but when they heard of bad news then whom to be blamed>

Those parents blame only to the person with whom the incident occurred and does not even listen to others that what their pupils were doing?

What all you think about those incidents or the pupils?
