That which belongs to everyone should be abused by no one.
But, as Filipinos, observed of the acts we often see.
Have you ever saw some writings on the walls of public buildings, spoiling pictures and statues, carving initials on trees or even picking flowers in parks?
These and a hundred other offences are committed daily by persons too thickheaded to appreciate their responsibility in community ownership.
Such people turn tourist spots into mess.
They find a delightful spot in which to picnic and leave it cluttered with papers, plastics and plastic bottles.
They set the forests ablaze with their carelessly discarded cigarettes, annually destroying millions of peso worth of lumber.
How it can be?

For we need to be mature enough for taking responsibilities. Start discipline for yourself. Start within your family. Start it now, before many would be affected.
