OUR SOLUTION

PECULIUM platform is built on the blockchain technology. Blockchain
is a form of digital ledger, which is stored in a decentralized fashion.
It contains all the transactions over the network secured by a
cryptographic function. Decentralized storage and cryptographic
encryption makes the digital ledger it immutable. Although
encrypted, the transactions over the blockchain are completely
transparent.

TOKEN DISTRIBUTION

During the distribution phase, 5% of the tokens will be sold in a
private sale and 25% of tokens will be sold during ICO phase. After the end of the ICO, total 55% of tokens will be sold to only the big investors and savings funds from all over the world.
The involvement of big savings funds from all over the world is integral to the stability and long term success of the PECULIUM platform. 15% of the tokens will be held by the stakeholders (Team, Bounties, advisors). Private sale will start on Nov 1st, 2017 and will last for 25 days. ICO
phase will last for 52 days and will end on Mar 1st, 2018. CCO offering is scheduled from March until end of July 2018. In the instance that the allocated tokens are not sold during a month, the unsold tokens will be burnt. The proof of burning the tokens will be made publicly available.

PRIVATE SALE

MINIMUM GOAL AND HARD CAP FOR CROWDSALE
The crowd-sale will raise 50,000,000 €. In case of failure to raise the
minimum funding target of 7,000,000 € for the Private-sale + PreICO +
ICO. If this minimum goal is not reached an automatic refund up to
90% we will put in place via smart-contract at the end of the ICO (10%
is kept to cover the ICO costs).
We defined a hard cap of 200,000,000€ for the crowd-sale : Private-
Sale + PreICO + ICO + CCO. Which is the equivalent of 20,000,000,000
PCL Tokens, the hard cap values allocated for each step is as follows :

• Private-Sale :1billion tokens
• Pre ICO + ICO : 5billion tokens
• CCO : 11billion tokens
