Valentines Day Chocolate Platter

Ordinarily I could careless about Valentines Day. However in an effort to be a good husband, I decided to make my own chocolate covered platter. For my wife of course. By the way the cost of doing this was about 15 dollars and you get way more for your buck than paying for it from a retailer. It tastes just as good too.
