Hunted by the past
Hunted by last night
And the night before

Disturbed, broken, shaken
I pray I gather the strength to revoke
This stench that seem to tarry

Courage of a brave heart, I crave
So I never look back
At breathing sins, flightful lust and spurious emotions

My sense of being hangs in the air
This soul within let loose
Sweeping with the plangent wind
Singing in blank distress

Am weakend with battled thoughts
A new evil was planted
Vain regrets struggled out my insides
And laid before my eyes
Flashes and flash of penitence

I will call on the sun
To bear me witness
Scorching down on me
Shines of redemption
So I feel whole again
