A garlic flavored mushroom?
Have you ever heard of Mycetinis scorodonius? It is also known as the garlic mushroom because, well although it looks like a mushroom it smells and tastes like garlic. Adam Haritan of learnyourland.com breaks down this mushroom in depth in his latest video:

Wow that sounds like a delicious mushroom. The new easy ay to prepare garlic mushrooms if you run out of garlic!! Sounds heavenly. Have you been fortunate enough to have eaten it yourself or just researched the topic?
I haven't found this mushroom yet but I will be on the East Coast of the USA later this month and I'm going to go mushroom hunting and find them.
