Burrhus Frederic Skinner (1904 – 1990), aka B. F. Skinner, is most well known for his accomplishments as an American psychologist, behaviorist, author, inventor, and social philosopher. One of Skinner's most controversial beliefs is the idea that free will is a mere illusion and that all of our actions are dependent on the outcomes of previous events. In other words, the only way to change the future is to change the present.

Being present is extremely important and valuable.
I've found that nothing else really matters.

I agree 100% @ikigai! Being present is one of the most valuable things you can do in any given situation. People can sense when your being personal, or just participating because you have nothing better to do. Being present is the foundation of success. It helps built reputation, trust, and respect. 3 things that don't have a price tag.
