1. To manage others effectively, you must learn to manage yourself "Self Management" when you are happy, discouraged, down, Angry etc, A good Manager is first a Self Manager

2. Manage your Time: If you can share the information via a mail or chat, then don't call a meeting

3. Listen More: Not only to what your staffs are saying but also to what they are not saying, Leaders who don't listen will soon be surrounded with followers who don't talk

4. Increase Your Knowledge Base: The more you know, it keeps you at an edge, people will most likely follow one who they are sure know more than they do..
