Ah yes, your friendly neighborhood IT Help desk. You either have one of two relationships with your IT help desk provider.........either you've had no idea that you even have an IT team this whole time... or........you know them personally by name, badge, home address, cell number, favorite lunch hide outs, etc. haha.
Rage moment of the day:
-Had a user connect with me in a remote session Via Logmein rescue claiming that their internet doesnt work........(let that sink in).......claimed it hasnt worked all day....(as I see emails flowing in) ..turns out he was typing the website wrong and was getting the "This page cannot be displayed" error....-____-......(head bangs desk)
