I am 44 now. I am heading to the pool for my bidaily swimming season.
I need to take care of my body more than my mind these days.

Yes! Waking up of many nightmares myself as well
there will be some extreme swings before the bull season starts. But that is always the signal when market makers try to get the last of the weak hands off the game. I guess is common knowledge by now.
