Help with Posting on HIVE Dapp blogs!

Ok so I'm a carry over from Steemit. I'm just getting my feet wet again with this new HIVE block chain and blog. Can someone please explain how upvotes, HBD, HIVE Points, and HIVE work? Also maybe an Idiot's Guide to the different Dapps would help, (i.e. PeakD, Esteem, and Hive Blog...), Thanks 😊
