It's BBQ SEASON!
WHAT SEASON IS IT? IT'S BBQ SEASON!
SUCCULENT RIBS!
I love pork spare ribs, and I use a rub on them to die for!
So, here’s the rub………….
1 tbs. of chili powder
1 tbs. cayenne pepper
3 tbs. paprika
3 tbs. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup of packed brown sugar
mix all ingredients, rub into both sides of ribs.
Let the ribs stand for awhile, I usually let them sit for an hour! After that, throw them on your BBQ! Grill them, use your favorite BBQ sauce, you'll love them!
While your BBQing, wear your favorite grilling shirt!
