New invitation system?

So I have been invited my friends and co-workers at my job to this awesome platform, but they've been having some difficulties signin up and it now says that you can only sign up with and invitation, but I don't seem to find that function anywhere in my account, so Does anyone know how we can invite other people? or if we need to wait for the feature to be added?
