Leaf acids are found only in certain areas

Maybe not all the sauce should use starfruit acids, only a certain gravy, because different regions different cuisines. Ini adalah buah belimbing yang difermentasi untuk dibuat menjadi asam belimbing.

Asam ini biasa dipakai untuk salah satu bahan masakan kuah Asam pedas (kuah asam keueung).

Mungkin tidak semua kuah harus memakai asam belimbing tersebut, hanya kuah tertentu saja, karena beda daerah beda masakannya. Mungkin asam ini banyak digunakan khususnya masyarakat daerah Aceh-indonesia, beda dengan halnya daerah pulau jawa indonesia, masyarakat pulau jawa lebih memilih asam jawa untuk asam masakan kuah, karena beda daerah beda seleranya.

Walaupun kedua asam tersebut ada perbedaan rasa, tetapi yang intinya kegunaan kedua asam tersebut tidak lain yaitu hanya untuk memberi cita rasa kuah yang sempurna.
