Assisting a neighbor over the weekend

Honestly , it has been awhile as i flash back to early days with ny late grandma . Like i told my neighbors my grandmother would carry me on her back cos I use to cry alot so would back me and go farming. Her favourite crop was cassava abd then maize popularly known as corn

So she farms cassava year in year out cos cassava is used to processed one of most eaten food in Nigeria and i may Africa as a whole , it's called garri which can be eaten dry , socked in water or maked what we the delta's calls eba. Eba is eaten with soup and usually swallowed

So then she farms cassava to feed grandchildren and send some garri to her children in the cities. I grew up knowing how to farm and process cassava into garri, i actually stopped cos i had attend higher institutions and ny grandma was actually too old for farming she was 80s and was still still farming

How time has gone by! Seeing my neighbors doing the chores i decided to assist abd catch some fun with it.
