Moving a friend

So this friend, is a story all her own.

Known to many who have seen my comedy magic snake show as my Lovely Assistant (ask any magician the indispensable value of one of those) and we go back pretty far.

An interesting young lady to say the least, and she's amazing with the kids after the show.

Yeah well, yesterday was moving day for her.

She found a place in Dallas, and after a 20 foot U-Haul, my van and two cars were full, off we went, a rag-tag group of friends and family, to the new place, which was actually built in 1931.

Lots of personality, that old house. It fits her, and her roommate downstairs is a trusted old friend. It's close enough to both downtown and Greenville Avenue that there is actually a no parking without permit sign on the side of the house facing the driveway.
