If your camera roll could tell your life story, what would it reveal about you?
What would someone learn about you just by scrolling through your camera roll?

Passion, curiosity, and pain drive me into a new path of life that I was so scared of and felt I had no capacity for while growing up. Before my father passed, he said he wanted me to go into health school, and I wasn't in support of it because I struggled with physics even when I did extra classes for myself; I couldn't pick it up, and the same with mathematics. Being that I got saved early, I didn't
want to sort in school, so I took another path of career, a different degree, totally different from health but practical. I was helping people struggling with burnout, depression, and trauma until one day.

I had a major accident that affected my brain and spine alongside eyes, and I was already using lenses, so part of what was diagnosed was PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), and so I began to do research, and I healed fast, though my spine and eyesight are still in the process of healing, though I'm using lenses for it so I'm not blind.

So that incident drove me into taking an online
course on mental health in Ireland, and so when you scroll through my camera roll, where I have over 10 thousand items, 70 percent of it is about health-related issues, whether it's a video, a picture, or a screenshot, and sometimes it looks like an addiction,but it's a good one, and through this path I have been able to host conferences and invited professionals into helping people struggling with mental health-related issues.

What will someone learn about me by scrolling?

If you perhaps grab my phone from me with or without permission, you will definitely be glued to my device and might want to exchange yours with mine because there are mental health-related issues that you have been struggling with that you might just jump on, and something you might be struggling with will get solved within a little time of scrolling, and I would say my device is a reservoir of knowledge, research and solutions to people's challenges, so you would definitely learn something for free either for yourself or someone related to it or something you clearly didn't have an idea about, to crown it all you will learn to talk good care of yourself health and be passionate about people's well-being not excluding yourself.
