Friendship

These days, when a friendship just doesn't feel right anymore, I gently step back from the whole situation - that means unfollowing on social media too. Ya know what I’m saying? Sometimes you don't have to have this huge dramatic conversation about it all. So I've learnt that it doesn't have to be any bad blood or broken sentiments because honestly, the energy between people tells the whole story. So, I have learned that just creating space, silently, may be the most loving thing you can do for both of you, and it will open up space in your life for connections that lift you up and make you appreciative for the relationships that really count.
