Chicken rastrac

Hello, friends! Today I will tell you how to cook chicken rastrac or cutlets. Cooking them is very easy.

Ingredients:

• chicken breast (I had breast fillet) about half a kilogram
• 1 egg
• 1 onion
• 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons flour
• salt
• you can add grated cheese and herbs, and even for a little piquancy of garlic (today I did not have them)
• vegetable oil.

Chicken fillet finely chop.

Add to it the egg, salt, onion, cheese, herbs and garlic. Mix everything.

Add mayonnaise and flour, mix again. Fry on both sides in a heated pan.

You can prepare potatoes, vegetables or salad for garnish.
