Apollo fish fry

Hello friends, today I have prepared Apollo fish fry. So i thought to share it with you. Hope you all like it.

Ingredients:
• 500 gms of Apollo fish
• 1tsp red chilli powder
• 2tsp lime juice
•1/2tsp turmeric
•1tsp ginger garlic paste
•1 egg
•Salt to taste
Add the above ingredients and marinate for 1 hour.

After 1 hour marination deep fry the fish.

Seasoning
•2 green chillies chopped
•1 onion chopped
•4-5 garlic cloves chopped
•1/2 piece of ginger chopped
Heat a spoon of in a pan and all the above Ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
Then add the fried fish and saute till 2 minutes.
Finally Apollo fish fry is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
