My day began—you could say it actually started the day before—with getting everything ready and packing what I was going to take with me. But even though I was happy, I also felt a little nostalgic, since my daughter couldn’t come with me 🥺—first because of her studies, and also because we couldn’t afford another ticket.
The day before, my daughter asked me to change her nail design. By the time I was done at six in the evening, the power went out, and since we have four-hour blackouts, the power didn’t come back on until ten at night. At that hour, I started changing the design; I finished practically at midnight 🥴.

I said, "It doesn't matter, I'll just sleep on the bus"; I was picturing a relaxing trip. 😁 The bus we took... We hadn't even been on the road for an hour when the driver came in and said, "The air conditioning broke down." 😱 It’s not easy to travel when you’re a little uncomfortable; plus, I was holding my baby and thought, “God, this is a sauna—we’re going to get roasted in here.” The driver said there wasn’t another bus nearby to transfer to, so we just had to tough it out 🥵🥵.
At one of the stops, I gave my baby a bath; that’s the advantage of being small: you can bathe anywhere 😊. The grown-ups just kept enduring the heat 🥵.

We arrived in Caracas at five, but the journey to Ocumare was pretty rough and stressful. There was a nice line at La Rinconada, but when the train arrived and the cars opened, they literally shoved you in and made you get on 🥴🫣 We arrived at 9—practically a whole day of exhausting travel. Stressed, exhausted, but happy to be able to spend time with one of my sisters 🥰. And even though life has taken us down different paths, there will always be a connection—a sisterly bond. It was a pleasure to show you part of my journey to Ocumare. Bye-bye, @soyeve says goodbye to you all until next time.

Mi día empezó, podría decirse que el día anterior, haciendo los preparativos y arreglando lo que me iba a llevar. Pero aunque estaba contenta, también me sentía un poco nostálgica, ya que mi hija no podría ir conmigo 🥺, primero por los estudios y también porque económicamente tampoco disponía para otro pasaje.
El día anterior, mi hija me pidió que le cambiara el modelo de las uñas. Cuando ya me había desocupado a las seis de la tarde, se fue la luz y son cuatro horas de racionamiento, así que la luz llegó a las diez de la noche. A esa hora me puse a cambiar el modelo; terminé prácticamente a las 12 🥴.

Yo decía: "No importa, en el autobús duermo; me imaginaba un viaje de relax. 😁 El autobús que agarramos... No habíamos avanzado ni una hora cuando el chofer entró y dijo: "El aire acondicionado se dañó 😱. No es fácil viajar con un poco de incomodidad; aparte, llevaba a mi bebé en brazos y decía: "Dios, esto es un sauna, de aquí saldremos sancochados. El chofer dijo que no había otra unidad cerca para hacer transbordo, así que había que aguantar 🥵🥵.
En una de las paradas bañé a mi bebé; esa es la ventaja de ser pequeño: puedes bañarte en cualquier lugar 😊. Los grandes seguimos soportando el calor 🥵.

A caracas llegamos a las cinco,pero la travesía para llegar a Ocumare bastante duro y estresante en la rinconada estaba una cola bien bonita pero cuando llegó el ferrocarril y se abrieron los vagones literalmente te empujan y te montan🥴🫣 llegamos a las 9 prácticamente todo un día de viaje agotador estresada agotada pero feliz de poder compartir con una de mis hermanas 🥰 y aunque la vida nos ha separado por distintos caminos , siempre habrá una conexión conexión de hermanas,fue un placer mostrarles parte de mi travesía hacia Ocumare chao chao se despide de ustedes @soyeve hasta una próxima .
