SUPER Springy hand-pulled noodles..texture like a combination⁣
of Udon and pasta noodle , topped with ultra tender beef cubes , Sauerkraut , hard boiled egg,⁣
coriander & red chilli ..⁣

Waat got my hungree spike spiking was the umami broth ,⁣
an epic combination of flavors ranging from Zesty sourness & saltiness from the Sauerkraut ,⁣
followed by cravy beefyness & the flaming spice aftertaste! (SGD $8.80) ( USD$6.30) (Halal too)⁣

The 𝐘𝐢 𝐙𝐮𝐧 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞, topped with beef strips , scallions , coriander , white radish..⁣

Love the chewy & springy noodle texture combined with the beefy .. radishy broth followed by a hint of saltiness..
