Hello form Cape Town! - @mtbmasterclass Introduced Me!
Howzit Steemit Community.
My name is Bennie Louw and I live in Beautiful Cape Town.
I love sport and helping people and that is also why I am a Mind Coach helping athletes, coaches and parents. I am hoping to use steemit to create some awareness about how your mind can help you to achieve your goals in life.
I also love to go Mountain Biking when I have time.
I have already worked with thousands of athletes and coaches and conducted many workshops and written a number of articels on the topic.
Working with the minds of athletes is very exciting and to see an athlete achieve their ultimate goal is very rewarding
I am always super excited about the “Sport Mind” workshops and it is highly rewarding to see the difference it makes in the lives and performance of the athletes, coaches and parents that apply these techniques.
I am grateful to be part of the sporting life of so many athletes and to see them achieving their goals and becoming the best they can be, is truly rewarding.
