What are the benefits of cold showers?

Cold showers increase your immune system, Increase confidence, you feel more productive throughout the day, And it is also beneficial if you are in the NoFap mission. (NoFap = Not doing masturbation while watching porn, or avoid unnatural sex)

I have tried this, it is supposed to get easier after some time... I couldn't make it! I hate being cold.
Depending on the place you are living in, If the normal temperature is around 24 outside, it feels good. But the temperature is lower than that, OMG. Thankfully I am here in Nepal. Temperature is really balanced.
I live in Houston Texas...USA... It is very warm here most of the time, that is why I like it.
