Sounds like you are on a great adventure! I always wanted to travel with just a backpack. Now with 3 small kids, we have finally started our traveling life but in an RV, for now. I still hope to travel more internationally with just one bag each, but that will have to wait till the kids are a little older and all capable of carrying most of their own stuff.
