The seven pits

A long time ago, wizards lived in peace. They were led by an assembly of seven witches and wizards who had sworn obedience to the allmighty goddess Lorelei.

But one day, a greedy wizard named Aroth wanted more. He tried to seize Lorelei's power. The battle was terrible, but Lorelei won. Aroth was killed, but Lorelei did not intend to stop there.

Lorelei decided to take revenge and make the witches and wizards pay for Aroth's infamy. She killed the rest of the assembly, and threw their souls into 7 bottomless wells scattered throughout the world. She resumed her reign but the wizard people were now left without a government.

Centuries have passed, and the peace of the wizard people belongs to the past. But the legend survived. Some say that whoever finds the seven pits and pronounces the incantation will reach the supreme power beside Lorelei.
