Are vegans hypocrites for eating meat substitutes instead of real meat? Are they just lying to themselves and others, pretending they don't want meat, but in reality - crave it, dreaming about it day&night? =)

I completely agree! I love all the new foods and flavours I'm eating as a vegan, and I really love the old flavours and texture I had as a child. One that always comes to mind is a big English roast dinner that my mum would make a few times per week. Now I still have it but it's all vegan!

No substitutes, no nothing that has to do
with dead flesh...
same thing here! I can eat substitutes if they're handy, if they're not, I can totally do without them
