A nice walk not too strenuous.
Had a late due to playing snooker which I haven't for years and was pretty tough on the body using muscle which have not been used for quite some time

Oh my! Watch out for that 48 hour rule! I played pickle ball a couple of weeks ago and found the same muscles like you did. Had no clue they existed until 48 hours later, lol! Ugh!
