Ginabot of Cebu
Hello steemians.. I just wanna share my today's Daily Food Photography.
Ginabot is popular food here in Cebu, Philippines. Ginabot is a deep fried pig intestine prepared similar to that of Chicharon or Pork Cracklings. This dish is very delicious with spicy vinegar dip and usually served as an appetizer or “pulutan” and is best when accompanied with beer and friends. I enjoy eating ginabot with rice too.
