1. Request amount.
e.g. Location : 0.1 ~ 4 SBD, ±215%

| Max ~ | current rate - 5% | 5 SBD * 210% = $10.5 |
2. Multiple requests.
- Reduced by 2% if multiple requests are made within 12 hours.
