Kraken Exchange offline for upgrade
The Cryptocurrency exchange is currently offline as they are rolling out the long awaited upgrade to improve the performance of the system.
This upgrade comes as scheduled and announced on Jan 10, 2018 - 21:59 UTC.
We are performing a system upgrade on Thursday, January 11 at approximately 5:00 UTC (Wednesday January 10 at 9 pm PT).
Hopefully this will be done in the newxt two hours since they already stated, that the upgrade is running slower than expected.

I have high hopes on this upgrade, what do you think?
Do you even trade there or moved on to another exchange and are you planning to come back to kraken?

If they don't manage to improve seriously its service I am seriously thinking to migrate all my trading to a better exchanges.
Bittrex works better, despite they have also maintenance, upgrades and thousands of newcomers arriving everyday
First i hope they finish this upgrade, at all... but I guess it is a big operation and a huge task.
Still it is a good fiat on/off ramp. I'd be sad to only trade on Bittrex, I mean their UI is not better than kraken's...
