Goldfish is a freshwater fish that has significant economic value and is widespread in Indonesia.
The life cycle of carp starts from development in gonads (ovaries in female fish that produce eggs and testes in male fish that produce sperm). Actually spawning carp can happen throughout the year and not depending on the season. However, in the original habitat, carp often spawn at the beginning of the rainy season, because of the stimulation of the aroma of dry soil inundated.
