Fall in Colorado
This past fall I finally got to take a trip to Colorado during peak week I have spent a lot of time in Colorado but had never truly seen the colors during peak week. We spent four days in the San Juan's and Crested Butte. The San Juan's are very special to me and one of my favorite areas in Colorado to visit. I was blow away by how gorgeous it was the golden aspens shimmering in the sunlight.
Seeing the stunning mountains with the golden aspens was just a sight to behold. The San Juans are truly a magical place and even more magical in the fall. From stunning yellows to fiery reds the colors put on a show.
We spent the night car camping up in Gothic Valley it was truly an amazing experience. This was my first time visiting the area and I immediately fell in love and can't wait to go back.

I love fall colours. Something we miss in Australia although we have other seasons like when the bloodwoods flower or when the wattles flower.
You can't beat fall color in Colorado. I have lived here since 2019 but have not visited Crested Butte area yet. Maybe next year. Wonderful images Steph.

Such stunning shots Stephanie. I miss fall down south all the time because I go to the Tetons. I am hoping to do the San Juans this next fall.
