Happiness is an illusion,more like a mirage which i believe everyone can create for themselves.I know this might sound controversial or even crazy,but every time a person is unhappy,they certainly have themselves to blame for the lack of personal sensation.
Yes,I know.....someone might ask
what about individuals suffering from depression?
Did they choose to be that way too?
DEFINITELY YES IS YOUR ANSWER!
It's difficult to argue that we all have not experienced lots of issues and circumstances huge enough to tear us down respectively,I can speak for myself on that aspect but most things,identifying a reason to smile,to be happy,cheerful and delighted is the ultimate.
Memories can be beautiful and cheerful or sad and depressing but we are not deprived of choice.You can still chose on the memory to focus on and find every reason to smile,to be happy,
like Dalai Lama said-happy people build their inner world,so can you choose on the memory to reflect on,you can build happiness for your from within but choose to be like -unhappy people who blame the outer world and always pin point reason to wallow in sadness and depression.

I don’t think we should blame the outside world , but I don’t think we can completely control it. Our emotions are not so simple and easy to control. When someone passes away, you can’t be happy at that moment. You may be able to be happy thinking about the moments you have shared , but you can’t help but be sad that you won’t have any new moments with that person. The sad outweighs the happy.
You get diagnosed with cancer, it’s difficult to make that into a happy situation.
You really do have a point,ma'am and the instances you've cited can do nothing but inflict sadness and bitterness but when things like that happens it's much better to look on the bright side and be optimistic,that's the least we can done since we have no control over the outer world but our emotions,I believe we can control,if we work on them.Thanks a lot for the feedback.I appreciate
In time I think we all move on , but in that moment ... sadness is inevitable.
