Hi Steemians! Finding good staff is becoming increasingly difficult. But why expensive external assessment test's if it is also easy! Here the guide!

1. Place 200 bricks in an empty room

2. Bring all the candidates into this room and close the door

3. Leave the candidates for 4 hours in the room

4. Analyze the Situation:

a) If the applicants have counted the bricks -> accounting

b) If the applicants have counted the bricks several times -> controlling

c) If the bricks are distributed wildly throughout the room -> engineering

d) If the bricks are arranged in an inscrutable system -> logistics

e) If the applicants throw themselves with the bricks -> distribution

f) If the bricks were broken into small pieces-> quality management

g) If the applicants just sit there-> marketing

h)If the applicants have already gone home-> product management

i) If the applicants look out the window-> strategic purchasing

j) If the candidates are talking excitedly and the bricks are still there as in the beginning-> top management
