sO they are going to put a PICC {peripherally inserted central catheter) line in me today

I had thought they would start the process on Monday which would have given me tommorrow and Sunday to plan and execute my debauchery, I am familiar with the PICC line, having one put in 20 years ago for the lymphoma; last time they used general anesthesia but this time, but this time they say a local will work.
