I used to be a rainbow
Now I'm a stormcloud
Dropping daggers
A mile wide
And just as far apart
Hilt up
And shorn like teeth.
I used to feel like me
Now I wear skin
That cannot breathe; falling
In and out of conscious
in two places at once atleast.
I'm an idiotic tiger.
I'm a hypocritic's
Oath and I'm barely held together
By velcro and paper sheets.
I'm an unrelenting ogre
I'm bedrock between the sheets
I'm an hors d'oeuvres covered munchkin
I'm a zipper restrained queef.
