What are some facts that ensure that Steem coin will stay in scenario for a long time and will not lose its value in long term like many other crypto coins?
I believe that Steem will continue to be in the scenario for a long time because of it's first mover advantage, financial incentive and the vast amount of Dapps that's continually been built on her blockchain that does a brilliant work at connecting people from all over the globe.

Im also quite optimistic. Of course I don't think price of STEEM should ever reach previous levels (4usd or more) because it would destroy this platform (new users would struggle even more than they already do).
But at the same time I have huge faith that price will also not drop the way many other coins did.

I just hope that the challenges that new user are likely to face when the price of Steem increases are taken into consideration now because we need the proper mix of users to make this platform move to greater heights.

Explain this. Why the price would destroy it? It doesn't make sense.

I just realized that I never actually thanked you for your comment. Somehow I missed your reply and I only had a chance to read it now.
Right now new users already struggle with low Resource Credit limits. Without buying 40-50 STEEM and powering up noone can function on Steemit.
Can you put yourself in shoes of any new user, who would have to buy 40STEEM while steem = 4$ ? That would mean that Steemit would cost them 160-200usd just to "try it out".
That would kill new user flow.
