Question about steemit #1
I am new to steemit, and I find many things confusing, I have many questions to ask and will put them in different posts, here is the first one.
Q: When I write a post and someone flag it do they earn money from the upvotes $ the post earned? or where does the money go, and if they have more steem power can they take the money in my account (Other money I am investing in the wallet) if the money on the post lower than their voting power?

i have a question -in my post and comments it shows that i got some steem dollar but why it doesn't show on my wallet?
